Why is it people on here get great advice yet they dont take it? I am getting pretty tired of people asking how do i get rid of a virus, or my screen moves an inch, or the famous one how do i remove a trojan. It is pretty simple questions. And alot of people give great advice. But the people who ask it dont even take the advice. Instead they do the exact oppisate and mess up their pc's even worse. it is funny in a way and in the other it is sad. So to those new up coming questions about viruses or other crap like that i have this to offer. Get Zonealarm it stops viruses from even getting into your pc in the first place. And to that old man you keeps preaching about it is illegal to clean out your cache it is not illegal so why dont you go back to your home and take some prunes. And this is all i have to say about things.

In general I believe that people are not stupid. Most of the time no questions asked are stupid either. That was rather crude of you to write what you did.
Perhaps the directions given were never seen for what ever reason. Not all of us have brand new comput5ers and the old ones sometimes delete. Perhaps the advice given was written so that a beginner couldn't understand.
I can read that you are simply aggravated and that is understandable. The man who insists that cleaning out "cache is illegal" really is a bit much. Sounds like he is doing something strange on his pc or perhaps was a cop or fed before retirement. I don't think though that insults or calling people names is the answer.
I too get sick of people. I do know where you are coming from but heck, we ask in this format. How else is one to learn?

What I like is the ones I direct to a MS site that takes them through the proper procedure for removing this crap. They always want to do it the easy way and then come back and complain that it keeps coming back. I advised them once and don't waste my time with them.

Then there are the ones that give the shotgun approach by putting the same cut and paste, super, long list of programs which is totally usleless.
Then the ones that really tick me off is the ones that have the standard answer of "Get Firefox" like it can remove a Virus, Trojan, Spywqre or anything else. They also claim it stop all infections. It is a bunch of lies by Mozilla trying to get users.

That's end user level support for you. You think it's bad here, imagine doing this as part of your job in real life. In the real world YOU have to clean the spyware, trojans, and viruses for them and then, sure enough, they don't listen and bring it back 2 weeks later with the same bugs usually because they got some crack P2P app installed and download and run the same thing and you have to clean it for them all over again... And they blame YOU if it keeps coming back.
I know it's a pain but you learn to deal with these things real fast if you get paid. That's life. ;)

i have seen it over & over peole saying get avg anti virus & it is free & use nortons anti virus and use macfee antt virus get all the free stuff well macfee and nortons is not free and they are not a anti virus they should be =-rename nortons_none_anti virus macfee_none_anti _virus avg_no1_free_to_give_you_a_virus
all crap now when it comes to a anti virus
i use zonealarm internet secutity suite the all in one firewall/anti virus/ anit spyware coz i know with the zoneaalrem the anti virus in it meens anit virus it kills the virus as it makes the move as people are on the internet searching for demo game music what ever zonealam will kill of any virus dead and the reason many dont use it is coz they dont understand how to use it and they dont want to pay so they go for the free crap

Sometimes people just don't get it. They just have to ask the question over and over again and to me, it's starting to be a pain answering the same question over and over again. I mean, I don't mind if people can't find the answer in the Yahoo or Google search engines. However, they are just too darn lazy to search for themselves. But I guess that's the way the world works...and our complaints are to no avail.
