I'm looking to try out for my university basketball team and I have eligibility remaining. Was curious to know.

Also, if you have an on-campus job are you able to be a NCAA athlete?

Yes you can. I know a guy that just graduated as a student athlete at the age of 29. He went to play baseball for a minor organization, and never made it to the bigs so he went to college to play football.

Also if you do not enroll until you are 25 you still have all years of eligibility left so you can play.

as for on campus job I think that is ok as long as you are not getting money, the money you earn must go towards your tuition, but I cannot promise you that. Most school have a person in the sports department that it is their job to know the ncaa rules and to force you to follow them just ask for that person I forget what they are called but any coach would know.
