The only way that your info could be exposed is if you have archiving turned on. And if you do, and want to keep it on, you should just make sure to sign out of messenger when you leave the computer, and set the messenger to not automatically sign you in. Also, delete your name and PW from the entrance fields that pop up when you log out.

When you log into ur messenger, it will ask you if you want to let the computer remember your ID and Password, don't choose this option. Hopefully, this works for you!

are u talking about the conversations u have with ur friends on messenger or emails or what? if their conversations in the options, tools, uncheck the "save my conversations" if their emails, they cant get into ur account unless they have ur password and sign out before u get off

You should be able to log out when you get through, but if you can't, then get a different signon and log into that name when you get through.
