my partner and i want to take my wheelchair bound dad to Hamburg and would need some input

So, there is no ferry from NCS to Germany oder Denmark, only Scandinavian Seaways has a service from Newcastle to Amsterdam, but then you have to drive some hours by car to Hamburg.

Drive down to Harwich, then take the ferry to Hamburg.
