ON MEDICATIONS it refers to a state of extreme well-being, not just happiness, but feeling that all is right with the world, that you can do no wrong, etc. Literally being "deliriously happy"
Problems can occur because you thnk you can do stuff you shouldn't, like driving. Or that you can't, like flying or walking through a train.
