Only you can answer that, I don't know you...do you think that you are good enough to have self esteem?

What??! Everyone is 'good enough' for self esteem. But your first problem is evident. 'SELF' esteem means finding value in yourself, not asking others to determine your value. So YES, you are good enough, but only if YOU believe you are.

everyone has self esteem. its the level of it that varies. Everyone is worthy of high self esteem. its just allowing yourself to feel worth, and you are.

get a book on self-confidence..not a complicated one ..one that you would bother to read and can give you some simple steps back to believing in yourself.

the library or a Barnes and Nobles would be a good way to browse through and find something you can relate too.

don't give up...and you'll have a blast
