I'm pretty sure this was a follow-up to your question how do we evaluate people. First of all we establish our status within a group of people via our body language (posture, eye contact ect.) Large, open posture where the person takes up a large amount of space within any given enrivonment portrays strength and leadership. This person is demonstrating they are a leader and expect to have their space in any given situation. A person with hands in pockets, head down, shy eye contact ... looking away and down demonstrates they have low status and do not wish to impose upon others and their personal space. These people we expect nothing of and dismiss them as quickly as we notice them. The dominant posture people we look towards for social cues and behaviors to emmulate. That is unless we are the higher value social figure, then others we look towards us on how to act in a given environment.

I trust this was the type of answer you were looking for.

By Factors I am guessing what we believe in our area. Many people know the south is very conservative. so someone from the south may not like change. They may find it hard to allow change. Where you live is a factor, people who are poor tend to vote for domicrats because they believe inh change. Here is example:
A black boy and a white girl you take the couple to five different people, 43 yr old mother, 12 sister, 18 yr old friend, 86 yr old grandma, and the girls brother.
The mother might say it is ok, but dont close ur options, the younger the person the more immune yjey are. So age plays a factor.

Here is everything in a list that play a factor.

Communty in which you live.
Finacial status,
Age,- the older the preson the more conservetive they are
Sex, - Females tend to be reserved
Religion,- common in older adults
Parental beliefs- our parents pass on their beliefs- many younger children not so much teens
Media- This is the most common in teenagers
