Are you talking about moving there? For elderly parents the warm weather of Florida is usually a good selling point.
But perhaps your parents are not elderly (yet). Do you want to go on vacation to these places?
Either place Florida (which is a state) or Canada (which is a country) have a lot to offer as far as vacation experiences.

And, one more thing...lt would not be good to FORCE your parents to do anything!

you cant force them .they have to want to go.
