I am thinking on trying one, but I have never done it before, so I don't know which brand would be better to start off with. Also what kind of results should I expect?

After one use my skin felt smooth and silky for days. It hurt a little to use the exfoliating cream stuff, but it did remove dead skin and leave me looking fresh-faced.

I have to also say the Mary Kay kit is wonderful. The "Replenish" cream that goes on after the abrasion is liquid gold, I swear! Well worth the money, and hypo-allergenic, which is important when you have sensitive skin, like me! Good luck!

I tried the Oil Of Olay, and love it. It is so simple to use and the results are soft silky skin. It's inexpensive and very worth while.
