It depends on the college that you want to transfer the credits to. Some college will except all college credits, some will only except those that are very similar to their own course and some won't except any (though that is rare). Call the colleges that you are interested in and ask them. That's your best bet.

If they are for actual college credit, yes. For example, credits earned through passing a AP exam should transfer. Check with someone in admissions at the school you want to go to.

You may want to ask this question to your faculty advisor at your high school - or better yet the college you will be attending. I've heard some do and some don't. But I guess it all depends on where you live.
