I'm sorry to say this but there is no way to reduce JUST your stomach flab, in order to lose, it you gotta start getting more active and lose everything else along with it

you also have to watch you daily diet and eliminate anything that adds to an unhealthy lifestlye. basically don't eat garbage. eat more organic foods and the fresher the better. go light on dark meats, and go light on Carbohydrates that have a high glycemic index such as white bread and cakes, and (yes even) corn. however do not eliminate carbohydrates from your diet, eat lots of vegetables and friuts.

start easy by walking and work you way up to jogging. eventually in about a month you'll see some changes and build up to a healthier better looking you

don't get discouraged, there is no reason to quit after you've already started. just hang in there and take one more step, then another, then another. suddenly, you gone 2 miles without knowing it.

water- i can't stress this out enough, water helps you lose weight because it dissolves the fat and releases it from our bodies, the more water you drink, the faster you'll lose weight.

stay active and eat right, simple, you can do it, just your brain is telling you not to, but you can.

Peace out

Do a variety of stomach crunches...not just the standard ones.

I would also tackle your diet. Do smaller portions and focus on fruits and veggies.

Also, invest in a medicine ball and check out different health sites for ab exercises. I have the links below.

spot reduction (only losing fat on one part of the body) is hard and unnatural--add aerobics and alter your diet. eat less calories and burn more... change your routine--you don't have to run a thousand miles tomarrow morning but remember: the longest journey starts with a single step... take a 20 min walk first thing in the morning--b4 you eat. Eat more earlier and less later in the day. but most importantly: consistancy!

in my experience,i am able to trim down my waistline by observing the after 6 diet, which is, not eating anything after 6pm. even if i exercise but dont do the diet, i dont see any changes. limit sweets and carbs like white bread, rice or pasta.

I do this pilates thing.

lay flat on the floor and raise your legs strights up (if it uncomfortable raise them as straight up as you can)
lift your head, neck and shoulders slightly above the ground leaving your spine straight on the floor.
raise your arms above the ground about 6 inches.
raise and lower your arms and legs to the ground and back up. continue that. you'll really feel it in your lower abs.

its absolutely impossible to spot reduce....so just crunches alone will do nothing. they will strengthen your ab muscles but that wont reduce the layer of fat over the muscles. your best bet is diet and daily aerobic exercise to lose overall body fat.
