I was a paramedic for ten years, and have watched many people die. Most people when they die have no "last words" They slip into unconsciousness, are in too much pain, have other things on their mind or die so quickly that there is no time to formulate intelligent thoughts. No one who ever died in my presence ever tried to formulate any last words, they just died.

Spontaneous death (like you're healthy but an unavoidable accident is about to occur): "Oh $hit!!" or ".....F*ck!" (I tend to curse when something bad is about to happen, that's just my nature so it makes sense some sort of profanity would be my last words)
Natural death (time to say something): I love you (If a person/people I know and loved were by my side).
