i am heavily addicted to coffee and tea. I have kidney stones and the doctor says cut down, It is impossible.

Anybody can stop their addiction if they sincerely work at it. The trick is to find something else to do.
I broke my chocolate addiction some years ago by giving it up for Lent. After 40 days without so much as a whiff, I didn't really want any when I could have it again.
I quit my shopping addiction when my work got cut to 4 days a week for the summer.
I do have an internet addiction right now. I think it's because I have two places I really enjoy, one is my 360 page and the other is right here on answers.
With the yahoo messenger it's impossible to be lonely. I think I have over 80 names on it right now. A few more than I need.

I'm addicted to answer you guys! Just don't do it. Try forgetting it. You do it intentionally. When ever you get the feeling "Oh mymy I'm gonna crack!!!" NO don't! Focus on some thing else. Else stuff like a guy that woul make you think! (if u r a gal)!

I pop and crack my knuckles and such, and no, you will not have arthritis (why are people always trying to ruin our fun?). But for my money, right now I'm hooked on Sour Patch Kids! I love them, and will eat them until there is a hole in my tongue. I hope I don't get arthritis so bad that I can't ungnarl my fingers to feed myself the Sour Patch Kids!

The net. I got my 1st email acct when I was at the Univ of SoCal in '89, was on Prodigy in '91, earthlink when it was in a 2nd floor walkup in '95, tech support for AT&T Worldnet in '98 & a pro-Websurfer in '00. I had to retire after that..... where do you go once you've had the coolest job on the planet???

I'm guilty of cracking my back, neck, and fingers. I also bite my nails and look down at my pants when I walk places just to see if my pants and shoes look decent

Addicted to Sling Dottery it's a game on Slingdot.com I have played this game for two days straight. I had to get off of it, or my social life would be corrupted. Also addicted to smoking cigs, and mt. dew.
