on average you need 7-8 hours of unbroken sleep. i'm lucky to get 4 hours of unbroken sleep. 7 in total on a good night. 5 1/2 on a bad night. this changes with age by the way. kids and teenagers need more than adults. the 7-8 is for adults.

I'm told it's 8 hours a night. I get about 4 hours though and I'm fine so I guess I need at least 4 hours of sleep to function.

Generally speaking, 8 hours is the accepted minimum for sleep. I get about 1-2 hours per day, but I have 2 full time jobs and I'm putting myself through school.

On average, you need anywhere between 7.5 and 9.5 hours of sleep.

I get 6 - which sucks, because that's what my internal clock is set to (screwed it up in highschool). Even if I wanted to sleep longer, I can't
