Sneakiest, I think are the Geminis. It's not their fault though. They are flighty because they have two sides to them-hence 2 personalities. So maybe they leave the house and they really mean to do thing A but then that other personality kicks in and they end up doing thing B. Problem comes in when they decide not to tell. Scorpios are pretty secretive too.

It depends on the person and not on the sign. Anyone can be sneaky depending on that person's character. Each sign may also act out their sneakiness in a different way, but for the most part all of us have that potential. I'm not sneaky because I choose not to be.

Everyone has the ability to be sneaky in some capacity no matter what your Sun sign is because all 12 signs are expressed in everyone's charts in some manner by house cusp rulership.
Off hand, if I had to name signs, I would say a negatively expressed Scorpio, who are known for secretiveness and a negatively expressed Pisces, who are known for hidding and concealing information. A negatively expressed Gemini, who are known for being "two-faced" might be perceived as sneaky as well.

I'd say scorpios simply because they will investigate ANYTHING they wanna find the answers to without anyone knowing. After which they will act on their findings

I think geminis and pisces (thats me) are supposed to be the sneakiest because they have dual natures which makes them amoral and devious :) Although i understand its more a self protection thing than a wanting to hurt other people thing :)

I agree with Statldiots answer - 'Gemini, everyone of them I have met have been two faced manipulators.' They are very calculating too.
