I'd say Phoenix, Arizona...or maybe elevated regions in Colorado.

Definitely *not* Houston, Texas...

Phoenix can be pretty good. In June it may only be 4% humidity......and 120F.

Right now, during the monsoon season, we had a storm a couple of days ago & it's pretty humid stil.. 30 minutes after sunset & it's 93F & 21% humidity in my garden.

It's great for my arthritic knees & hips :-)

Parts of the southwest - Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and southern California. Also west Texas and Oklahoma.
