I think that it is different for everyone. They will change with weight gain and after breastfeeding. I just had a breast reduction and went from a DDD to a D cup. It was covered by the medical system and now I am happy with my perky boobs. After nursing three kids they were very much altered. Now they are the boobs I always wanted Yippee!

Though most of this development is over in a few years after getting your period, many girls can get a little rounder and fuller breasts in their early twenties, when they naturally get even more feminine and mature appearance with 'feminine curves' (meaning girls gain a little weight leaving the skinny teenage look behind).
Occasionally, a girl's breasts keep growing and keep growing way past those about 5 years of typical development timeframe, and become very large. This condition where the breasts don't stop growing is called virginal (or juvenile) hypertrophy of the breasts.
Our bodies are always changing and maturing, however and a woman's breast will constantly change shape if she gains weight or as time causes tendons that help hold shape in breasts to elongate and stretch due to gravity.

Are you pregnant or have you gained a lot of weight? Both of those will cause your breasts to get larger. Usually, by the time a woman leaves her teens, her breasts have stopped growing. There are some instances where this occurs later. You might be one of those people.

This is one of those debateable issues... As far as "permenant growth" (non-weight induced).... From what I have read, the "norm" is that a women stops growing when she ends puberty, about 18... Now, there are some doctors out there that will tell you that you have another growth period when you have your first child, and that this is your "actual" end of growing...
Now... You may be a late developer, or you just may be one of those cases that dosen't follow the norm... Either way.. Just be cool with it... because it is your body... And it's probably just the way you were built...

Your breast are always going to grow. Remember that 75% of your breast are made up of fat tissue. When I was 22 years old my breast became enormous when I started breast feeding my newborn. They stayed enlarged (44FFF) even after I stopped breast feeding. I have found out that when your weight goes up and down, so does the size of your breast (in most cases of women).

Usually breasts stop growing in your teen years. If you gain weight your breasts might seem to grow, but in reality they are just gaining weight to match the proportion of your body.

it depends...everyone is different. as soon as i got into middle school, i was already wearing a size C bra but my sister was flat as a board until her first year of college where she "blossomed" at 19. however, i think at 22 you might be done developing. however, you have to keep in mind that breast tissue is all fat, so if you gain some weight, your boobs will probably get a bit bigger and if you lose weight, they will get smaller.
