Though best would be to drink stuff that your body needs. In liquidized form it needs less processing from your body and gets to where it needs to go faster than if you would eat a lot of burgers and fries. Also state the need physically (i.e. let your body know where it should store the surplus), so do you want to gain fat than drink sweet/sugared juices and do nothing, if you want to gain muscle exercise and most gym instructors have a range of potions and powders that can quickly increase your muscular built. Though stay clear from steroids and genetically enhanced stuff, they have undesired consequences in the long run.

The best route however is to gradually build up, they have longer lasting effects than a quick boost. So maybe it would be best if you postpone looking like an athlete until fall or early winter. Because I do think you want to gain muscle.

I know you said not just to eat more, but there is this nutritional drink called BOOST that you drink to gain weight. Drink a Boost Plus as a snack twice a day, along with your normal meals. Each bottle has 360 calories. To bulk up, you can lift weights (and increase your caloric intake even more), but it's not exactly healthy to gain 10 pounds in one week.

If you want to GAIN weight, then there's a really easy solution. Everyday, eat a cheesecake and drink plenty of milkshake. Eating more candies that are high in sugar or foods that are high in sugar makes you gain weight. The BEST solution is eating Kalteen Bars. They make you gain weight like crazy, but be careful, once you gained the weight, it will be hard to loose it.

For breakfast eat 3 eggs , some meat and orange juice, (a smoothie would be better)

Eat nuts, pasta and bread as part of your normal meal

It might also help if you eat 5 meduim/small meals a day

That's a LOT to gain in a week, but if you really need to try this: Eat peanut butter, bananas and honey sandwiches. Very healthy, yummy, and you'll gain.

The new "leaded" do that people are getting at the hairspa is heavy ...and depending on the length of your hair will add 4 - 10 lbs.

your best bet is to eat, alot and also start lifting or if your already lifting lift more, musle weighs 3 times more than fat, so build more muscle to even have a chance to do it that quickly, shakes from gnc are ok, i used to work there and sell them but really you should just eat many bananas, eggs, tuna, chicken, white carbs like pasta and bread and lay off the water, drink as many calories as you can.
