I may have this manual but will be tomorrow before I can look for it $5.00 for S & H if I have it...
Sorry did not have the manual for the 912011 have many tecumseh manuals from the 1960s to the 1990s this must be a later model...If you have the carburator model mfg. an model no. I may have a manual on it....

Tecumseh carburators are rebuildable, however, if sat for some time with water in the carburator bowl, or old gas, it may be beyond repair.
Use a half inch socket and remove the carburator bowl nut.(center bottom of the bowl)
Remove the carb. bowl.
Dump it out.
Reinstall it, and try it again.
Clean the gas tank out to. (if there was water in the bowl)
A new carb. may run near $70.
A little more info would have been helpful;
Is there water in your gas tank?
When did it last run?
Does it start, then die? (water in carb. bowl)
Does it run for five minutes, then die? (faulty fuel tank cap vent)
Does it blow black smoke? (dirty air filter)
Will it start with starting fluid?
Do you have spark?
