I am anewly married girl..i could not identify whether my husband is penetrating me or not b'coz the sperms are coming out and makes our bed messy.I donot know why?if it happens continuously then how could i get conceive pls any solution?

Believe me, it's normal. Not all of it stays in because there's not much room for it to go. All it takes is 1 sperm to get you pregnant and sperm actually lasts in your body for at least three days.
You have nothing to worry about, you're just fine.
