Well now what do you think my answer to this question would be? Rats, rats and more rats, in fact we mass produce rather well in captivity! There is a recruiter here at Yahoo that will give all of us jobs! So your rats can work for Yahoo!
So find yourself a nice couple of rats (a Mr. & a Mrs.) and then when the babies grow up they can all work here with me and the other rats at Yahoo Answers!
Now you know the reason for the new ratings system, the rats have it! We are in the process of taking over, and you thought the Yamster was a nice critter, didn't you? The joke is on the people here who do not become rats themselves.

Rabbits and bunnies. Yes, they are exotic. Ask any vet who specializes in rabbits. With the right kind of training, any rabbit can be kept just like a cat. It runs around the house, plays with a ball, shows affection, bounces around the house, jumps in the air and twirls at the same time. It's not stop laughs. Try it.

Ferrets are the most fun pet, exotic or no! They're great, just make sure you know everything they entail for care.

I don't know how exotic they are, but my bunny rabbits are fun. I let them loose in the yard for a few hours every morning, then bring them back in and give them their treats of carrots, lettuce, apples, etc. The kids just love them.

The kind you can afford to take care of without being hurt. Monkeys bite like the devil and some birds are really expensive.

ferrets !
I have two.
One is deaf and when he is let out for rec time, he jumps and bucks around like a horse
the other is a notorious thief, (ferrets steal) He has stolen two television remotes and one satellite remote.....but he is a sweetie.
they really are alot of fun, you don't know what you are missing.
