The Nintendo DS Lite Is Way Better Than The Original DS Because The Design Is Sleeker,It Weighs Less.And The Screen Is Freaking Bright.....

The original DS was too dark! I am waiting for Final Fantasy III before I buy the DS Lite...

the DS lite of course, its only 10 dollars more than the regular DS but its lighter in weight, less bulky and the screen is brighter. if youre looking into purchasing a DS go for the newer lite.

i prefer DS Lite coz the back light is brighter, smaller in size and the look is way much better then DS =D
but the down side is the price & battary life compare to DS

yeah ive got to say go with the lite, ds original was awesome when it came out, groundbreaking and all that jazz..but if your a serious gamer a few hours with the original and your wrists start to hurt from holding the thing up for so long.

the original DS is way better. they added 1 new thing. 1 and thats the screen settings. thats not enough to make me give out another $130 dollars. and the whole "it's cooler looking" thing? no it's not. so what if it looks like an ipod? i don't care cause i don't have an ipod. and besides, the original DS is way stronger

lite since the power button is not located so you can accidentally turn the power off

um...they both suck. so if i had to choose between one of them, i'd either get a PSP or put a bullet in my head.
