On all fours, do leg lifts. Also, stand with your back to the wall, hands on hips and do squats.

good lord lady - your English is more effective efficient than lots of the youngsters' right here who won't be able to string some words at the same time...and English is their FIRST language! you're incredible. when you're preparation a lot i don't think of there is too a lot you may do. There are a tremendous number of leg workouts like lunges, squats, leg lifts and so on yet i think they can make your legs bulkier. you may want to target lowering the quantity of operating or a minimum of do not run up hills and so on. in the different case i'd merely include the body you've. You sound rather more effective wholesome (wish i grow to be that more effective wholesome!!) and that i'm constructive what you do have is amazingly agency. seem at J-Lo's butt...it is large yet no longer flabby and the boys like it :)

When I was a bit younger, I found the videos Buns of Steel and Legs of Steel really worked. Short workout you can feel right away.

stiff legged deadlifts.it is like a regular deadlift only you keep you knees straight. also squats work wonders and the stair stepper machine. good luck.

Yoga and cardio are the best but try some more toning exercises and more on this site

Pilates and Yoga, it worked for me and my friends lol.. we had a group called Poga were we got together every sat. to do pilates and yoga. good luck

squats and jogging. when you go jogging, sprint for about 30 seconds (as fast as you can go) and then jog lightly for 2 minutes....repeat for as long as your muscles can handle it (or about 20 minutes or so).
