No. You have to get a regular iPod to do that.

Sure you can.
Take the video, and splice it up into 1/24ths of a second (that's about how long every frame in a cartoon is played, so I assume the same would go for regular videos if you're using stills).
Then add every single picture to your iPod Nano, in order.
If you scroll through them really fast, then you have the video. It works just like a flip book.
If you want sound you can even add the sound file, and then play that while you scroll through the images.
The only downside to this is that theres only a 120ish % of you getting the sound spot on, and for a 1 minute video you would need 1440 pictures, but if it means that much to you, you absolutely can watch home made video on your iPod nano.

Dude above me is lying. Because the iPod Nano is a flash based player and you can only put music on there because of the format that is allowed on that particular iPod. You can only watch videos with a iPod Videos.

no, you need an ipod video. they are only about 1 or 2 hundred dollars more but if you are going to get one get the 60 gig for 400 becuase 300 for 30 gigs or have as much space is a rip off

NO, u dont have the right interface, processing power or a fast enough screen to play video. Who would want to try to watch a video on that tiny screen anyway. GO with a creative for video.

You can't download videos onto an i-pod nano sry you need a regular i-pod for that

there is a way but, the ram on the nano is so limited that the movie runs far to slow.
