has he only known you for a week? it might not be love.. but if he`s had a crush on you for like a longg time, it may be love.. but yeh don`t rush into things. just have fun and take it slow. right now it may just be infatuation; but give it time and soon you`ll both falll in love and aww` (:

I understand that some people love, some people lust and some people just want. But I must say that falling in love in a week is very possible.
The same way that a parent can love there child in just a second. To see someone and say your in love is a stretch because you are attaching a desire to a visual stimulus.
But if you have talked to someone for a few days lets say be phone, and then you get to meet, and you at first think of him or her as 1) attractive 2) intelligent 3) enjoyable to be with, well then after seeing that person a few times and actually talking about many many things. Yes, It can be love.
Look at all the people out there that have been married for years and do not talk to each other, they do not know each other and they sure cant love each other.
Every meeting and relationship is different but I know for a fact it is possible to fall in love for real in 1 week.

Have you known him for a long time like was he your best friend before you dated? If not then no you can't love someone after 1 week, you have to get to know each other more.

nope if a person tells you that he loves you in just one week dont believe he just like you maybe b'coz he saw something that he really like on you but he cannot tell that he loves you b'coz its only a week.

before you tell him that you love him back you have to get to kno him first.then if you want to then just say anything at all then if he asks you do you love him back just say yeah but how can you say that you (he)loves me.and if he dont answers you then he really dont love you.
