Put your left foot in. Take your left foot out. Put your left foot in and move it all about. Do the hokey pokey and turn yourself around...

Repeat for a lifetime using different limbs, then write back and tell us if it's truely all about.

I'm no professional but i would say...it's about going to wedding receptions and getting totally trashed to the point you don't care if you look like a absolute jacka**!!
