maybe if she opens the beer and lets it breathe before she sips? She hates using a straw even more than she hates the beer foam.

pour the beer slowly into a tilted cup. the slower the better. don't the beer directly on top of it self. If you happen to get a little HEAD just wipe your finger between your nose and you eye and then gently stir the beer with that finger. you don't have to tell about the last part but it works. but to get the best flavor out of your beer you should have 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch of HEAD on the beer.

If she hates gettin' it in her mouth, then she's also never had it shoot her in the eye, right? That stuff burns...
And to keep the beer from over-foaming, chill CAN or BOTTLE very well. Crack open can or twist off cap, then enjoy! No glass needed!

tell her to use a glass then she can pour it down the side and then if she still gets foam rub her nose to get a little oil on it and then just touch the bubbles. or yeah let it breath for a minute and the foam will settle a little

I've been told by alot of good old beer drinkers put salt in your beer. It's suppose to cut the foam. I have never tried it because it sounds gross.

You scared me for a second there. Glad I read further. Try tilting the bottle or can and tilting the glass as you pour. By pouring into a tilted glass you reduce the foam. If you're really good at it you hardly get any head on it at all.

drinking thru a straw gets you drunker anyways... let it sit for a cpl seconds before drinking, give the foam time to die down. why's she drinking beer if she hates the foam? tell her to drink tequila like a real woman...lol

Pour it in a glass get a spoon and remove it. I do it. I hate the foam

Use a fine-holed strainer, and pour your beer into a cup,with the strainer on top of it.
