I paid extra $$$ to go swimming with the Dolphins...then one of the freaks violated me in ways I am too polite to go into....well I screamed pretty loud except when he had me underwater and I almost died from drowning....yet the Seaworld trainers just laughed.

Do you think I can sue? If so....how much should I ask for?

I was phsyically, psychologically, AND emotionally traumatized.

When you paraticipated in the event, you released them from all liability and have no rights. You can sue, but you will not collect. Look at your ticket, on the back is the release. If you no longer have the ticket, you were not legally participating, again, no rights. There is no court in the world that will hear this suit, because animals are not responsible for sexual attacks.

i can't answer for whales yet as far as dolphins go; no that is not (many times)because the instinct to certain with different %. or therefore pod friends is there. in the adventure that they are round human beings then clone of dogs they'll bond with them. i don't think of they particularly care were they are as long as they are round beings that they prefer. Given of corse that they are proper searching after. And as far as doing tricks do you particularly imagine that seaworld can legally rigidity them to do it? they get a reword for it and it supplies them some thing to do. also do no longer ignore that what you ought to favor and what they prefer are 2 diverse issues. And in the adventure that they are born into captivity then it must be all they comprehend proper? whales are for the most area an same yet they do favor area and that is complicated to discover.

by paying money to hang out with the dolphins, you are automatically binding yourself in a contract with SeaWorld. this contract includes the knowledge that dolphins are still wild animals, no matter how domestically trained they are, and anything can happen. even if there is bad physical injury, not even your own insurance will cover medical expenses. unless upon your death, you'll get nothing inleau of your situation.

The only thing you can do is try and get even with the dolphins by violating their blowholes.

How did the dolphin get through your wetsuit to have sexual advances?
Sure sue them, it'll all be on tape you know.
