I've never had a problem getting pregnant, just can't seem to stay that way. Every time I've noticed that I'll get bloated, have hot flashes (especially at night), seem tired and cranky or cry for no reason. The other thing is that my breasts get tender, and I'll feel wierd cramp like sensations, but very very mild. It's just growing pains. Basically it's almost like you're going through PMS, but at a lower level. Just have to pay attention to your body! :)

I've been in this situation 4 times. I didn't have any idea I was pregnant. My mom knew I was pregnant the first time so I took a test to prove her wrong (didn't work out that way though). The second and third times my fiance convinced me to go to the doctor because he KNEW I was pregnant. The last time I had no idea until I miscarried. I don't know of any ways to tell you're pregnant besides a test and going to the doctor.

It doesn't matter if you are spotting or not, go see a doctor to have a blood test done. It's the only way to make sure. I don't think a at home pregnancy test will work with you still on the pill. It's also not good to keep taking if you are.

If you're truly against pregnancy tests, wait 9 months. During that time if you grow a large belly and suddenly give birth, you were probably pregnant.

If you suspect you might be pregnant, don't try to figure it out! Get tested because it is not good for the baby to continue taking birth control pills!!!!

Your tummy will get bigger gradually, then you find you need to buy bigger clothes. The boobs will also feel tender and you may take a liking for eating coal and ice-cream sandwiches ie between the bread together! But then, didn't doing something between something cause this problem initially so you'll be ok.

When you don't get your period. Also when you go into labor and have a baby. That would be a big clue.
Why does it seem like no one wants to take a pregancy test?

most people normally get their period while on birth control unless they dont skip that week. so if you dont get your period then that is a clue.
