Eyeliner is the good for making the eyes bigger, &more expressive. Line the entire top lash line and extend the line slightly at the corners. You can also line the bottom of your eyes, but concentrate color only on the outer third and extend it a lil past the edge.A soft, smoky look will open your eyes more than a thin, hard line. Stick to dark, neutral colors with a hint of black for lining, as bright shades will only make them seem smaller.

Lashes can also be a good eye-opener. Curl them three times before applying mascara. at the base, halfway up and at the tip will make a cool, rounded curl. brush out your lashes while applying mascara. Brush the inner third in toward your nose, the middle third straight out and the outer third toward your temples.

dark, dramatic eyeshadow will not make your eyes stand out. it'll do just the opposite. If you have small eyes, keep it simple by using only light-colored shadows, and never wear more than two shades at once. Brush a base color from lash to brow, and then use a little darker shade to make more clear in the crease.

hope this helped!

You should try a dark blue (navy) eyeliner (most important). I'd keep the black mascara and your eyeshadow should have some blue in it too, as this would bring out the blue in your eyes.

use a black or even brown (but with not brown eyes, black works better!) line the top of your eyelid with the liner so it is in a completely straight line along the top. then line a light bit of black underneath of your eye. (but not under the lashes! use your finger to pull the bottom of your eyelid down enough so that you can see the red inside your eye. & used the eyeliner right on the skin you can see) you can also if you would like put a line under your eye, but use a liquid underneath of your eyes! the pencil smudges & doesn't go on as smoothly! make the line a little bit thicker ad you get closer and closer to the outside of your eye away from your nose! as far as mascara goes, try a dark blue or brown. black is usually too harsh for any eye color. for eyeshadow, i would try maybe a base shimmery light color like white to even out the skin tone (make sure if it blended in enough to just even out, not make a full layer!) or you can use a little bit of concealer, powder or liquid, on your eyelid. it makes your eyeshadow go on better. if you would like to invest in a eyeshadow base, i suggest it. it make your makeup stay on longer and look much better! then try a grey, or smokey blue. just whatever you do, make sure the eyeshadow has fine sparkles and not glitter chunks. it looks tacky & gets in your eyes like nothing else, especially if you have contacts! good luck, hope this helped!

go for the smokey eye and finish with a charcoal eyeliner and brown/black mascara.

To get the smokey eye effect use a light(white or taupe or even a light blue) eyeshadow all over the eye and a darker shade of blue or mauve shade in the crease.

Use black mascara, black eyeliner, and when your eyes are grey, try using Morbid Makeup, from Hot Topic...in purple. For the dark blues, use red,or Maroon.

Go to your nearest MAC counter =)

I think a black mascara and black liner would work better than a brown one.

Try using plum, purple, pink, taupe, brown, bronze eyeshadow shades. They'll make your eyes pop. Try not to go for blues, I think it doesn't compliment your eye color.

if u want ur eyes to look bigger use white eyeliner, if you want to give ur eyes a dramatic look use black or dark eye shadow, but make sure u use a soft color in the edge of the eye, maybe like white. u could also use the same color of your eyes but a little darker to make ur eyes stand out.

tip.. put some eye shadow underneath the eye and wear mascara. good luck

i have found that using a yellow colored eye pencil stick (physians formula is the best) in the corner of your eyes from the bridge of your nose to the beginging of brow(blend well) and under your brow about 1/2 way point to the end(blend well) really make the pop! use shadow and line under the bottom eye lashes and mascara.

If you want your eyes to stand out use a white eyeliner. That's what I use all the time.
