Hmmm....Lil Flip was it a few years ago, before he went mainstream...now he seems to have fallen off. Lil Wayne is doing better. T.I., well, I liked his first 3 albums....and Jay-Z? I never got over him announcing himself as the greatest rapper...

LiL Wayne comes 2nd, he's short too, but cute and I'm sooo diggin tha dreads and tha way he flows.
