Strengthen the intra-structure (jobs, economy, etc.) and the EPA, get Congress off their collective @$$e$ and start doing their job without trying to benefit themselves first, slowly start pulling our troops out of Iraq but make sure we get Bin Laden and the rest of the terrorists once and for all before the last soldier leaves, and work on improving our international relations more diplomatically without providing as much military force or financial aid as we have in the past.

The war...end this quagmire ASAP.

Gas Prices...not the President's problem, this is after all, a market economy.

Minimum Wage...hasn't congress passed a bill on this?

Border Control...see point one...all those troops coming home will have something to do at the border.

Probably though, my first order of business as President would be to get a new #2...Dick Cheney would be shown the door...

1) The war: No more war

2) Gas Prices: Will increase the gas prices to $5.00 after taxing it with $3:50 tax. So that The government benefits. Not the oil companies

3) Minimum Wage.: I will make the minimum wage as the senators salary

4)Border Control : No borders. Any one can come and go as they please.

Last : I will be flying a kite instead of flying in air force one

1) Appoint different people to the Supreme Court; people who were not so ideologically pre-disposed to one side or the other and who understood how often and how badly the 14th amendment has been misinterpretted.

2) Campaign for support in Congress to propose a constitutional amendment that repeals and replaces the 14th.
