I am such a bi*ch a few days before my period.....I mean real bad, a mess. Any tips on how to stop this?

Yes I can help you! Stop eating the bad foods you crave during this week. No salt, no chocolate, (especially that), whatever your particular vice is, don't give into it. Instead, start taking over the counter meds. for PMS BEFORE AND DURING your cycle. There are plenty of them out there. Do some shopping and see which one works best for you. Hormones make the mood swings. Foods too aggravate those mood swings. Give this a try. I'm sure you will have a better month a head. Hope this helps.

I think the fact that you recognize that you do feel this way is an accomplishment. Make a challenge to yourself that you will stop every timeyou feel you are about to explode. This may be something you need to discuss with your doctor also. There are plenty of good medicines, even herbal remedies, that can help with that. Just know that you are not alone in that department!

well...it's mostly hormones that cause the moods...you can try changing your diet that time of the month it may help..stay away from salt, and caffine for a few days..but really only thing you can do is take something along the line of a midol.
