Does anyone know a trick to finishing those Soduku puzzles??

I have only ever finished one puzzle and it took me forever. I would like to know if anyone has a trick to figure them out faster. I know that once you get a few then a pattern emerges but I still haven't figured it out. It is driving me crazy!!!

In the one I bought, the wrong number will be pink. When I get tired I click on a number and it's pink, I'll clear it and put in a different one till it's black. Then I know I got the right number by cheating.

There are several tips you can use, but I think they're way too hard to explain over Yahoo! Answers. There are quite a few websites that give hints.

Also, do some online ones like http://www.websudoku.com/. On that website you can change one of the settings to allow for "Pencil Marks" which allows you to put in more than one number in a box so that you can keep track of which numbers could go and slowly elminate them until you get the right number. Also, that website has a "How am I doing" button which tells you when you've got something wrong.

Keep trying. Eventually you'll catch on and they will be fun.

those puzzles are for left brainers, Give them to one of you friends who has everything organized and labeled.

i always fill in the possible answers for everything. then its easy to eliminate stuff. Good luck, and happy sudokoing!

I usually try filling in the ones that have the most spaces filled first. Like if one square is only missing three, I'll fill it in first, and then go from there. It's not too hard. My shortest time was just over five minutes.
