Go into your local Chinatown and hunt down an herbal practitioner. There are many good books at your local library. There are several herbal remedy sites that have good accurate info. Herbs are the best way to combat illness. Chill.

I'm not an expert on herbal alternative healing. I have had chronic fatigue immune dysfunction for 19 years. I have turned to herbal alternative along with my regular medication. I have found gin sing to be of help. It is mother natures healing. Herbs are naturally grown in the ground. Chinese have used them for years and I have found they work better than prescriptions. It is God's healing plants for various conditions. Gin sing helps me with energy that I would not have without it. It is the root of the plant that is used. St. wort is for depression, etc. It is not a drug. It is all naturally grown or from the sea, etc. There are no drugs at all involved. In my op ion I think Prescription coverages should cover herbs, because they are better than being medicated. It is not a man made healing medicine. It is God's healing power He put on this earth.

One place to start is www.botanical.com

They have "monographs" on each herb.

Please don't call them "drugs." We prefer the term Herbal Remedies and that's a more accurate description. Most pharmaceuticals are either plant based or a synthetic compound that imitates the plants.
