Hi,
I sometimes shop at either the consignment shops or the charity shops. I've gotten some of the best things in my wardrobe from Goodwill!! Recently I purchased a brand new Old Navy denim jacket..great look, one of their new styles, for a whooping 3.00. Last year I purchased a gorgeous silk gown that I wore to a company function (everyone wanted to know where I got my dress)..it was in new condition and I spent 8.00 on it.
It takes some time to sift through all of the stuff and you need to make it a habit to go (I go once a week) so you don't miss the new great clothes that fly out the door. Also, you'll become accustomed to how to properly search and before long it won't take you any time to zip through the racks. Sometimes though, I don't buy anything at all and other times, I find a dozen great deals...just depends.
Have fun!
