Most likely IceMan because it takes longer to melt the ice blast than to extinguish the flames. One-sided for Wolverine because of the regenerative ability. Spider-man doesn't have any special ability to take down the Wolverine. If it was Magneto then Wolverine's easily a gonner!

Iceman & The Human Tourch. Again this fight will be one by the same people since Spiderman can't do much to stop them. The Human Tourch will incinerate Spiderman, while Iceman, being an omega level mutant will take care of Wolverine. Again, people fail to realize that Wolverine isn't that tough at all, HE CAN BE KILLED! the Punisher did it, so it wouldn't be problem for Iceman. Even The Human Tourch can kill Wolverine, all he has to do is burn his whole body at one so nothing is left and it has to be in a split of second so Wolverine's body won't regenerate again. Johnny can do that since he can reach very high temperatures that would desintegrate anything immediately. all that would be left would be his adamandium skeleton. Try Using Cyclops & Wolverine, that would be a better match.

Iceman and Human Torch Can't beat Wolverine. No matter who he's teamed with. Wolverine is indestructable. It doesn't matter who he teams with against Iceman and the Human torch. Wolverine will win. Wolverine will always win because he cannot really loose. He can be stopped, slowed, even incapasitated. But he just wont be beat, cause the only people that could theoretically kill him would rather study him to try and see if he can be duplicated than actually kill him.

Wolverine- becasue of healing factor, and Spider-man, because of spidey sense. Working together, than can defeat Ice and fire.
