I have windows xp. The cable is made by DYNEX. My computer says "Windows can't open this file" File: SERSPL.VXD, then, it gives me two options 1. use the web to find an appropiate file 2. select program from a list.
Well, I've tried all of them on the list and none of them work.
Option 1 takes me to a Microsoft Windows File Association. It also says File type: unknow, and Description: windows does not recognize this file type. I've tried calling Dynex company and i've been on hold for about 45 min. Please help. Thanks

You may also need to have the USB cable plugged in to one of the USB ports in the back of your computer, not the front. I don't know why, but for some reason, it makes a difference.
