What do you think of the new NFL referee uniforms?

It's a nice change. I don't understand why it was needed though.
It's FOOTBALL: BLOOD, GUTS, SWEAT, TEARS:

not a fashion show

Different....a change....which is ok.
Sorta like when the teams wear their throw back unis.
