What is the white substance that you scrape out under your toenails...could it be fungas?What can you do for it?

I heard that Vicks vapor rub works to by applying it dailt to the nail.might be the extracts and eucualyptus in it?

It's just sweat and fibers from your sock but if you have a fungas, use tea tree oil. It works great!

That's just debris and old skin cells. Nothing needs to bed done. If you nail is actually turning white or yellow...that's fungus.
