Ironically enough, It's Called, Boogie Man, and its done by K.C. & The Sunshine Band. Check it out on iTunes.

That's the name of it- "I'm your boogeyman". It was originally a 70's song that was talking about dancing- "boogying", was later redone by Rob Zombie to relate more to the creature under your bed. I am not sure about the version in Scary Movie 4-
