If all mideast entities recognize Israel and stopping teaching hatred and violence ...will Israel have any moral authority to deny Palestinian their 'right of return'?

Several astute participants noted that:
1. Egypt and Jordan have already recognized Israel yet Israel has NOT let those refugees return.
You folks missed the point. If Israelis feel secure that they won't be killed by letting Pals return, then there's no justifiable reason for them to deny their return. Just because Egypt and Jordan are no longer threats, doesn't mean that Pals potentially arriving from those nations won't be threats...especially if they believe like Hamas does (that Israel should be destroyed). That's why it requires a PAN-ARAB recognition of Israel and not a case by case basis.

2. It's been said that Israel teaches hate to its children.
Let's assume that's true for argument's sake. It still doesn't invalidate my question. Stop YOUR hate and Israel will have to let refugees return.

Golda Meir said it best. "We can forgive you for killing our sons. But we will never forgive you for making us kill yours." Golda Meir, to Anwar Saddat just before the peace talks.

I want to know why, when the kindom of Jordan now occupies over 85% of what was once known as the region (yes region, not nation, according to the Romans who so named it) of Palestine, that Israel is the country that is expected to patriate arab-pals. Since Jordan is an Arab-Palestinian nation, and occupies the majority of the previously named region of Palestine, would it not make more sense to re-patriate arab-Palestinian refugees there?

I think the arabs should just move to Lebanon Syria or Jordan, it's not that far from their ansestor's homes, and they've never even lived in their ansestor's homes.. Israel has such a small slice of land compared to the arabs.
