yes i started using the following products and they have worked wonders for me, maybe they will for you too.

Clean & Clear Sensitive Skin Deep Action Crema Cleanser (This stuff is unbelievably rich and a little bit of cleanser goes a long way)

Follow up with:

Aveeno Ultra-Calming Daily Moisturizer SPF 15 (it reduces redness and sooths irritated or sensitive skin)

I was in Walgreens one day just browsing and an employee very knowledgable helped me pick them out.. I was skeptical at first becase the Aveeno is not cheap but I was willing to give it a shot and it really isn't bad. In addition to these products it will help if you happen to eat a lot fo sweets to cut them out, and drink a lot of water. Hope this helps. Best Wishes.

salt water clears up acne and is good for your skin. go to the beach. u can also try clean and clear blackhead control. u will have better skin in 7 days. pro-active works sooooo good. try an oatmeal and banana face mask. u can do this by microwaving like a little less than 1/3 of a cup of oat meal, put it in the fridge until cool, put 1/2 a banana in the oat meal and mash it and mix it. leave it on your face for 10 minutes and then rince with warm water. also, you can put toothpaste on your acne areas and sleep in it. just wash your face in the morning though. hope it helps!

use netrogena from wal-mart it is about 50 dollars, there are 3 steps.

use all clear from insparations it is 60 dollars and there are 4 steps.

these both aork really well and my face was really bad in the begining i used netrogena and it started to come clear then my aunt had me use the all clear, i use it every day for a week and my face was considerably clear but the middle of the week. I am now still using it and it works like a miracle. But if you use the netrogena it will work as well if you use it every single day twice a day

Yup, I used to deal with real bad acne.

Try vitamins with zinc in them. Why zinc? It has natural healing properties. The food with the most zinc in it I can think of is mushrooms (the food, not the drug).

Since I started taking vitamins years ago, I do not have acne. But I notice that whenever I forget or stop taking them, it flares back up. So try it. You might notice that your nails grow faster and longer, too. :)

I use Proactiv and it works reeealllyyy well.. but if you need something quick putting a dab of toothpaste on a pimple helps clear it up in just a night or too. Be careful though, if you're prone to dry skin the toothpaste my dry that part of your face out.

take about four aspirin and dissolve them in a few drops of water.. add in a squirt of honey and make it into a paste.. you can also add in a few vitamin e capsules if ya like.. this can be used as a scrub, mask if left on for ten minutes, and a spot treatment left on over night.. it works like pro active.. i've used both and got the same result with each which is clear skin.. another thing i do as an exfoliate is i scrub my face with an electric toothbrush.. it's sounds kinda weird but it works.. it really cleans out your pores and removes dead skin, oil and dirt.. you can use any scrub ya like or the aspirin i mentioned.. i like to use st. ives.. and i do it about three times a week.. oh and put vaseline on your feet with a sock on overnight.. it'll take away all the roughness from being on your feet constantly..

You know, I have to say after years of dealing with on again, off again breakouts, I have to say that it is worth every cent to see a dermatologist. Otherwise you end up with a bathroom of every possible over the counter treatment, creams, soaps, and astringents that either didn't work or caused more problems. When you add up all the money spent on over the counter products, it will add up to more than the one or two visits to a dermatologist.

The best stuff is Pro-Active. It is too bad Jessica Simpson is their spokesperson because no one takes her seriously. The truth is Pro-Active really is the best stuff on the market. Try it and give it a couple of weeks. It will not only clear up your skin but it will prevent future breakouts. I also had really bad skin and have now been happy with Pro-Active for several years. Good luck to you.
