OK, yes, I have searched Google, and I still can't find a site that lets you advertise for FREE! I want visitors on my site, but don't want to spend any money. Help please!

You mean starting a basic webpage??
Hmm, your ISP provider should have given you some free web space. I would try that first.
It's hard to find 'free' website services anymore.
