It depends on your factory exhaust setup. If you have have true dual exhaust with 2 catylytic converters and 2 mufflers then you probably have at least 2 o2 sensors.
If you have standard wexhaust you probably have just 1 sensor somewhere near your headers or your Cat.

Most Ford F150s have at least three, depending on your exhaust system. There should be one on each side on of the exhaust in front of each catalytic converter. There should also either be one behind each catalytic converter, or in the Y-pipe where the exhaust comes together after the cats.

you will have 2 there is one on each side of the exhaust either in the y or just before the y there is never more than two on any exhaust
