Not so much..I live in North Texas and its hot..hot..hot..hot..We are in the middle of yet another drought and everything is all burned up. For several weeks we have had temps over 100 every day. For the last 2 weeks, at least 4 times, there have been downpours all around my home, literally I can see the rain coming down, and lightning, but not at my place.
I often joke with my mom when I see a cloud and tell her that theres weird fluffy white things in the sky,,,all the lakes in the area are down and theres water restrictions everywhere.

right here in Florida, we were having a drought inspite of the undeniable fact that it really is standard for spring and wintry climate season. What makes it wierd is the better than standard drought we've had. Its the worst drought in the state of Florida when you consider that 1998.
