No. Much of one's flexibility is hereditary (point of muscle insertion into the bone) and the other "half" is in your mind.

Specifically...TRYING to stretch implies effort which implies resistance. The secret is to relax - but yet...not even to know that you're relaxing.

I think the only way is to eat organic. You get more vitamins from organic foods than foods with antbiotics in it.

take at least 10 grams daily Omega3 and eliminate trans fats.(hydrogenated oils). CostCo sells an Omega3 fish oil.
