I was pressing a pair of white pants and didn't realize there was a fabric softener sheet in between the pant leg. When I put the iron on it, the chemical in the sheet left a stain on the pant leg. Does anyone know how to remove the stain? Thank you

I`m not sure what to use, but I would not use bleach..some whites can not be bleached , it will turn them yellow....You might try Oxiclean....

Try soaking the pants in a strong solution of Oxyclean. I use it for all of my toddler's stains and it really works well. I sometimes leave it in the stuff for a week or so as some stains take longer than others. Hopefully that will work!

P.S. I have even found that Oxclean works well on stains that have been set in with the dryer or iron.

Wash the jeans in cold water with a small amount of detergent and bleach. Do not add any fabric softener to the water, but add just a tiny bit of vinegar in the rinse cycle. IF it doesn't come out, repeat the process. It might be set in since you ironed them. You might try just bleaching them, as well.
