There is an over the counter medication called Azo Yeast. Take it 3 times a day when you have an infection. One time a day to prevent them when you do not have one. Also, eat yogurt. There are enzymes in it that fight off yeast infections. If you are antibiotics, that is probably the cause. Also make sure to stay away from satin and silk underwear. Use cotton, it will keep you more dry.

Take Acidophilus pills, eat lots of Yogurt with live yogurt cultures. Butter Milk if you can stand the taste....Do you take alot of antibiotics? The website I have here is full of information on acidophilus. But you might need to see a Dr. to find out why you are having so many.
Good Luck

Antibiotic Use - While antibiotics are very often effective at killing the offending bacteria they were prescribed to kill, antibiotics also kill many strains of protective bacteria. People taking antibiotics become more susceptible to colonization and infection by harmful gut bacteria, causing antibiotic-associated diarrhea. Probiotics can be used to replenish these protective bacteria and reduce the incidence of abdominal cramps and diarrhea1. They have also been found to be effective for children in this situation6. Probiotics in combination with and following antibiotic therapy can facilitate regrowth of a healthy microbial population.
