By straight definition I would say the density is C. However I would say all would affect the density. Tricky question.

The answer is C.

Population density is the number of individuals per unit area. The area being a convenient size depending on what it is you're measuring. If it's people for example, you'd measure them as the number of people per square mile or square kilometre. If it was worms or bugs you'd measure them per square metre or square yard.
